What is a “High Low” Bed?

A “high – low” bed is a bed that sits lower to the ground than the average hospital bed.
Most hospitals sit between 17 inches and 19 inches off the ground where as “high low” beds
will range from 7-13 inches. These are popular for nursing homes and long term care
facilities and can come with dual rail or 4 rail configurations.
