At 1HospitalBeds.com, we specialize in new, used, and professionally refurbished hospital beds and medical equipment. Due to the nature of medical equipment sales, sanitation requirements, customization, freight shipping costs, and patient safety considerations, all hospital bed sales are final.
Please carefully review the following Return Policy before placing an order.
π₯ All Hospital Bed Sales Are Final
ALL SALES OF HOSPITAL BEDS, MEDICAL BEDS, ICU BEDS, BARIATRIC BEDS, MATTRESSES, AIR MATTRESS SYSTEMS, AND RELATED MEDICAL EQUIPMENT ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed, shipped, delivered, installed, or picked up.
This policy applies to:
- New hospital beds
- Refurbished hospital beds
- Used medical beds
- Bariatric beds
- ICU beds
- Home care beds
- Air mattresses
- Pressure relief mattresses
- Bed accessories
- Special order products
- Custom configured equipment

Customers are responsible for confirming:

- Delivery access and doorway clearance

We strongly encourage customers to contact our team before purchasing to ensure the correct equipment is selected.
π Shipping and Freight Deliveries
Because hospital beds are large freight items, shipping costs are non-refundable once a shipment has been scheduled or dispatched.
Customers are responsible for:
- Inspecting shipments upon delivery
- Reporting freight damage immediately
- Noting visible damage on delivery paperwork before signing
Failure to report shipping damage at delivery may affect freight claims eligibility.
π§ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a product arrives damaged due to freight shipping or if the incorrect item was shipped, customers must notify 1HospitalBeds.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Photos of the damage
- Photos of packaging
- Delivery documentation
- Order information
We will work with the freight carrier and customer to resolve verified shipping damage or fulfillment errors.
π οΈ Refurbished Equipment Notice
Refurbished and used medical equipment may show minor cosmetic wear including:
- Scratches
- Scuffs
- Paint imperfections
- Signs of prior use
These cosmetic conditions do not qualify for return, exchange, refund, or warranty claim unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
β Order Cancellations
Orders may not be canceled once:
- Payment has been processed
- Equipment preparation has begun
- Freight pickup has been scheduled
- Products have shipped
Custom orders and special orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
π¦ Refused Deliveries
Customers who refuse delivery of shipped products remain responsible for:
- Original shipping costs
- Return freight charges
- Storage fees
- Handling fees
- Any losses incurred by the company
Refused shipments do not qualify for automatic refunds.

For health, sanitation, and patient safety reasons, used or delivered medical equipment cannot be resold as new once it has left our facility. This is one of the primary reasons all sales are considered final.
